Returns & Exchanges

At Alihram.com, we strive to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Due to increasing costs associated with processing cancellations, returns, and refunds, we have updated our policy to maintain fairness while ensuring business sustainability.

Refund & Cancellation Policy We now offer store credit vouchers for refunds and cancelled orders instead of direct refunds. Items that are faulty or not of merchantable quality will still qualify for a full refund.

This policy also applies to orders that have been packed and wrapped but not yet booked for shipment.

We understand that mistakes happen, and we have carefully designed this policy to support our valued customers while maintaining operational efficiency.

  • Alihram.com does not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is faulty or does not meet merchantable quality standards.
  • If you need to exchange an item due to defects, please contact us at sales@alihram.com 
  • All claims must be made within 14 days of purchase strictly.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed as a store credit voucher or, in the case of faulty items, refunded via the original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

  • Product colour variations may occur due to digital display differences and lighting.
